The Kitchen Garden

The Kitchen garden is the first garden we built here at the PCR. It took us four months and a lot of work!  We add compost every spring and will be adding drip irrigation this year (2020). When filling the beds we chose herbs that we like to use in cooking such as basil, oregano, thyme, dill and rosemary. We also grow leafy greens like swiss chard, spinach and several varieties of lettuce.
