The vegetable or 'VEG' garden as we call it, is approximately 1/4 acre. It is comprised of 26 in-ground and raised vegetable beds. We typically grow several varieties of tomatoes, squash, peas, beans, hot and sweet peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant, artichokes, onions, potatoes, garlic, peanuts and melons. It also has beds for raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. 

**NEW for 2024**

 We've added nine more raised beds, another set of squash arches, two new cucumber trellises and two more pea/bean trellises. We've also created 12 new in-ground beds for melons, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, potatoes and gourds. The project will be featured on an upcoming blog post!
